Treat yourself to an afternoon of rejuvenation and self-care. Enjoy 2 hours of salt therpy as we flow through a heart opening yoga sequence at our incredibly relaxing salt spa. The yoga flow will be followed by guided meditations, self love journal prompts and a heart opening tea ceremony to close it off. Join us as we dig deep, flow through our emotions and connect with like-minded individuals in a serene and peaceful environment with open hearts.
